CHEF DEBORAH JEAN
A New York local, Chef Deborah Jean learned the basics of French Haitian cuisine from her mother at a young age. Her drive to explore a career in food led her to a lead chef role on multiple opening teams of fabulous NYC French eateries including Le Coucou (1 Michelin Star), Le Mercerie, and Dominique Ansel Bakery. She currently works as a freelance private chef and enjoys combining the intricacies of French cuisine with heritage Haitian recipes.
