CHEF NANCY NGUYEN

Nancy Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American chef and owner of Beaucoup NYC. Born in Mytho, Vietnam, where her grandmother ran a pho business, Nancy grew up immersed in the culinary world.

In Philadelphia, Nancy ran a successful catering business for 8 years and honed her skills at her aunt’s pho restaurant, iPho. Before the pandemic, she worked in various NYC restaurants, including Greenpoint Heights, and consulted for Just Pho You in the UWS. In 2020, she launched Beaucoup NYC, a modern Vietnamese concept offering pop-ups, private catering, and cooking classes. Beaucoup NYC received a Michelin mention just four months into its Banh Mi pop-up in Brooklyn. Nancy has also spent over a year at Eleven Madison Park and now creates innovative menus influenced by Vietnamese, Japanese, and French cuisines.
