CHEF GREG WONG

A San Francisco native, Chef Greg Wong became drawn to cooking while at college, and decided to leave a career in consulting to become one of the founding chefs of Mission Chinese Food in 2011, working alongside Danny Bowien and getting a sense of Chef Danny's radical take on Chinese food. From there, he proceeded to work at acclaimed restaurants in New York, including Estela (1 Michelin Star), Atoboy, and Saigon Social. Currently, Chef Greg is doing chef residencies in New York at places like Fulgurances in Greenpoint and Ostudio in Bed-Stuy.
