CHEF MAX ROSENBERG

Originally from Northern Virginia, Max decided to pursue a career in the culinary world after studying technical theater in college. He started at the fast-casual joint Made Nice before moving to Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars) as a production cook. When the pandemic hit, Max began a small bakery popup called Maximum Proof, which will resume later in 2024. He then returned to working at the highly acclaimed Williamsburg eatery Misi and is currently a sous chef at Zou Zou's. Max has fallen in love with the spice trade of the Eastern Mediterranean and has been trying to refine the cuisine with New American influences ever since.
