CHEF MADDIE DUDEK

Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, Chef Maddie Dudek spent six years as a New York public school teacher before following her dreams to become a chef. She graduated from the International Culinary Center in SoHo and landed a prestigious position at Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin star). Maddie has since married her two passions: teaching and cooking. She started her own company, A Plate of Mind, where she offers culinary lessons to children of all ages and backgrounds.
