CHEF KARINA GARCIA
Karina is a chef from Harlem with front-of-house and back-of-house experience, having worked at casual and fine dining establishments throughout New York City. She has worked at some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in the city, including Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars), Ristorante Morini, and Marta. Karina currently runs a supper club with her husband called Cocina Consuelo, which will open as a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Hamilton Heights in the spring of 2024.
