CHEF KANE SORRELLS

Originally from Texas, Kane has worked at some of the best restaurants in the country, most notably as the Executive Sous Chef at Blanca (2 Michelin Stars) and as the Chef de Cuisine at Pasta|Bar (1 Michelin Star) in Los Angeles. He has also hosted dinner popups all over the world, including Tulum, the Maldives, Armenia and Uruguay. Kane is currently the Chef de Cuisine at ILIS, owned by one of the co-founders of Noma (3 Michelin Stars).
