CHEF JAYSEN LEE CLIFFT
A Honolulu native, Jaysen first discovered his love for food after trying the combination of spam, scrambled eggs, ketchup, and rice. He began his culinary career in Hong Kong, working as a line cook at Amber (2 Michelin Stars) under chef Richard Ekkebus. After moving to New York, Jaysen proceeded to cook at some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in the city, including Aska (2 Michelin Stars), Tuome (1 Michelin Star), and Crown Shy (1 Michelin Star). He is currently a Chef de Partie at Al Coro (2 Michelin Stars).
