CHEF EMILY KRAMER

Chef Emily Kramer grew up with a food-forward family. Her mother operates a baking company in her hometown of Mamaroneck, New York and her father is a local BBQ legend. Emily’s first experience in the culinary industry was in college as an intern for Alex Guarnaschelli’s NYC restaurant, Butter. She then trained at the Institute of Culinary Education and gained experience at French Michelin-starred restaurants including Le Bernardin (3 stars) and Le Coucou (1 star). Emily’s food blends French and New American techniques and influences, taking a sustainable, low-waste approach. Outside of the kitchen, Emily is passionate about improving access to healthy foods nationwide and expanding nutrition education. She is fluent in French and a native English speaker.
