CHEF DERRICK SANTIAGO

Chef Derrick Santiago was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he took to the kitchen at a very young age. His first job out of culinary school was at The Philadelphia Four Seasons, which solidified Chef Derrick’s love for all things culinary. He has since worked in renowned eateries including: Alinea (3 Michelin Stars), Estela (1 Michelin Star), and James Beard Award Winner, High Street on Market. He is now working at NYC hot spot, Bridges. He specializes in French-Haitian, Vietnamese, and modern European.
