CHEF DAVE DREIFUS
Chef Dave's first culinary inspiration came from the dedication and commitment of his grandfather, who started his own baking company when he immigrated from Germany to Brooklyn in the 1930's. As an homage to his family history, Dave's cuisine style is primarily based off of Eastern European recipes from his heritage. After years in renowned kitchens across both NYC and CA including Per Se (3 Michelin Stars), Single Thread Inn (3 Michelin Stars), and The French Laundry (3 Michelin Stars), he has followed family tradition and recently started his own company: Best Damm Cookies, currently located in Essex Market.
