CHEF CONNER UPDEGRAVE
Born and raised in Colorado, Conner had his first restaurant job at age 17, fell in love with cooking, and never looked back. He has spent nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, most notably as Chef de Cuisine at both James Beard award-winning restaurant The Kitchen in Boulder as well as Blanca (2 Michelin Stars) in Brooklyn. During the pandemic, Conner started hosting popups ranging from 10 to 300 people throughout the city. He currently owns and operates Laurel, a pop-up dining concept.
