CHEF CHARLIE STROINSKI

While attending music school, Charlie took a front-of-house position at a restaurant to support himself. As he slowly fell in love with the industry, he bought a copy of the French Laundry cookbook and never looked back. Charlie has since worked at noteworthy NYC eateries, including Lincoln Ristorante, Manhatta, Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star), Union Square Cafe, and Maialino. He was most recently a sous chef at esteemed Williamsburg eatery, Diner, and is now a freelance private chef.
