Ajesh was originally planning on a career in law, but fell in love with the food world and never looked back. He has cooked at Eleven Madison Park, which won World’s Best Restaurant in 2017, and was previously a sous chef at the 2 Michelin-Starred eatery, Gabriel Kreuther and The Baccarat Hotel.
