Chef Spotlight: Highlighting Chef Connor Kaminski

Today, we want to introduce you to one of the chefs that has been making waves in the food scene with his culinary expertise. Chef Connor Kaminski, a young and dynamic chef, is a force to be reckoned with, and we are excited to tell you all about him.

Born and raised in Washington D.C., Connor Kaminski’s love for culinary arts dates back to his teenage years. He started his journey by working in restaurants in his hometown at the age of 16. After completing his formal training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he moved to New York City to join the teams at two of the Big Apple’s most popular and well-loved restaurants.

At The NoMad, a Michelin Star restaurant that features New American cuisine, Chef Connor honed his culinary skills with a focus on American flavors and textures. From there, he moved to Uncle Boons, a Michelin-Starred restaurant known for its authentic Thai cuisine. There, Connor learned to master complex Thai flavors that are unique to the cuisine.

As if all of this experience was not enough, Connor has become well-versed in Latin cuisine through his home life. He is married to a Latina chef who often serves as his cooking inspiration. Next time you’re booking a dinner, keep an eye out for his tasting menus! They can’t be missed.
