The Denizen, located in the old Brooklyn Rheingold Brewery space, was designed by ODA Architecture to be a “city within a city” for its tenants. The 1M+ square feet of apartments and amenities are a clear reflection of this vision and the neighborhood, as ODA commissioned several local artists to create art for the project.
