CHEF NATHANIEL LETTIERI
Chef Nathaniel, a Long Island native with Italian roots, grew up cooking alongside his family, where his love for food began. He attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and his connection to Italian food deepened, particularly with its seasonal, fresh flavors.
Chef Nathaniel’s career led him to Italy, where he spent three months working in Bari, Southern Italy, immersing himself in the regional cuisine. Back in the U.S., he then worked at Marea (2 Michelin stars) and Gabriel Kreuther (2 Michelin stars) for four years, further refining his technique.
Today, Chef Nathaniel’s signature style is Seasonal Italian cuisine, reflecting his Italian heritage and a focus on fresh, simple, and bold flavors that change with the seasons.
