Chef Matt Stanley most recently worked in the kitchen at Chef Thomas Keller’s Per Se, where he spent his first year cooking in New York City. Stanley moved to New York after four years in the Bay Area, where he was part of the opening team at renowned, Michelin-starred Californios and helped open the revered pop-up to brick-and-mortar Lazy Bear. His education, both through his experience in illustrious kitchens and his time spent studying agriculture science, serves as the foundation for his multi-course tasting menus.
